SOLbin X Affiliate Program — Terms of Service & Disclaimer

By connecting your wallet and participating in the SOLbin X Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms:

1. PROGRAM TERMINATION & MODIFICATION

SOLbin reserves the sole and absolute right to modify, suspend, alter payout rates ($2/day hard cap), adjust eligibility thresholds, or permanently terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, for any reason, with or without prior notice. Participation in the affiliate program does not create a guarantee of future earnings or ongoing program availability.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall SOLbin, its developers, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to: unpaid or delayed rewards, X (Twitter) API outages or rate limits, smart contract interactions, wallet connection issues, token price volatility, or third-party service failures.

3. ECOSYSTEM ACTIVITY & FRAUD PREVENTION

Affiliate rewards are contingent upon active ecosystem utility (wallet usage, swaps, and exchange trading). SOLbin reserves the right to audit engagement metrics and withhold payouts, void pending rewards, or permanently ban any wallet address suspected of sybil attacks, automated view generation, fraudulent activity, or artificial engagement manipulation.

4. "AS IS" SERVICE & ACKNOWLEDGMENT

The Affiliate Program is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

5. TAX RESPONSIBILITY

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from your affiliate earnings. SOLbin does not provide tax advice and will not issue tax documents. Consult a qualified tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction.

6. NO AGENCY OR PARTNERSHIP

Nothing in these terms creates an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship between you and SOLbin. You act as an independent promoter and are not authorized to bind SOLbin to any obligation or representation.

7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You shall not: (a) purchase followers, views, likes, or retweets from third-party services; (b) participate in engagement pods or reciprocal engagement schemes; (c) use bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate metrics; (d) create multiple X or SOLbin accounts to self-refer; (e) impersonate SOLbin or make false claims about guaranteed returns. Violations result in immediate forfeiture of all pending rewards and permanent ban from the program.

8. COMPLIANCE WITH X TERMS OF SERVICE

You must comply with all applicable X (Twitter) Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, and platform rules when posting promotional content. SOLbin is not responsible for any account suspension, rate limiting, or enforcement action taken by X against your account as a result of your promotional activity.

9. RIGHT TO REVERSE ERRONEOUS CREDITS

SOLbin may retroactively correct, reverse, or claw back any rewards credited in error, including but not limited to: system bugs, API data inaccuracies, duplicate credits, or payouts exceeding the daily hard cap. You acknowledge that displayed balances are provisional until a payout transaction is confirmed on-chain.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SOLbin, its developers, operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, your promotional content, or your violation of these terms or any third-party rights.

11. NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

SOLbin makes no representation or guarantee regarding the amount of rewards you may earn, the frequency of payouts, or the availability of the program. Earnings depend on meeting all eligibility criteria, market conditions, and continued program operation.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These terms shall be governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
