SOLbin Doubles Down: Ethereum, Avalanche, Tron & Dogecoin Are Live

SOLbin just went from four chains to eight. Ethereum, Avalanche C-Chain, Tron, and Dogecoin are now fully wired into the wallet — balances, sends, multi-send batches, cross-chain swaps, fee collection, and the same hardened security gate that protects Solana, BNB, Bitcoin, and Robinhood Chain.

This is the largest single expansion we've shipped. Every new chain gets the same treatment: a dedicated backend proxy, a dedicated Alchemy endpoint, native signing, live fee estimation, and server-side transaction validation. No shortcuts, no shared pools, no bolt-ons.

The four new chains

Ethereum (ETH)

The L1 that started it all. Native ETH and ERC-20 token transfers, live eth_gasPrice fee estimation with a 20% safety buffer, and cold-recipient contract verification via eth_getCode before any token send. Routes through a dedicated Alchemy Ethereum mainnet endpoint.

Avalanche C-Chain (AVAX)

EVM-compatible, high-throughput, and increasingly the home of DeFi liquidity that's priced out of mainnet. Same EVM signing stack as BNB and Robinhood, but its own RPC pool, its own gas market, and its own fee vault. Native AVAX and ARC-20 token transfers are live.

Tron (TRX)

Our first non-EVM, non-Solana, non-UTXO chain. Tron uses a bandwidth/energy model instead of gas — so the fee estimation and validation logic is chain-native, not copy-pasted from EVM. Native TRX and TRC-20 transfers, local secp256k1 signing, and a proxied TronGrid API. BIP-44 derivation path m/44'/195' for deterministic key generation from your seed phrase.

Dogecoin (DOGE)

UTXO-based, like Bitcoin — so it reuses the PSBT signing stack we built for BTC, but with Dogecoin mainnet parameters and a dedicated Blockbook/Insight REST proxy. Native DOGE transfers with real UTXO selection, dust-limit enforcement, and change calculation. Derivation path m/44'/3'.

What's wired in (every chain)

  • Dashboard balances — native coin balances fetched live and rolled into your net-worth alongside SOL, BNB, BTC, and Robinhood assets.
  • Send flow — the Send modal now supports all eight chains with chain-specific address validation, live fee breakdowns, and MAX-send logic that reserves the real network fee (not a rough estimate).
  • Multi-send — batch transfers on all four new chains, each with its own network-fee estimate and recipient-count-aware gas calculation.
  • Cross-chain swaps — ETH, AVAX, TRX, and DOGE are selectable in the Swap Router with live ChangeNOW quotes.
  • Fee estimation — a unified feeEstimate module with per-chain estimators that return a consistent breakdown: recipient amount, platform fee, network fee, and total deducted.
  • Atomic platform fees — every send routes the protocol cut to the chain's fee vault as an explicit on-chain output. Fifty percent of every protocol fee goes to the community treasury.

Security: one gate, eight chains

This is the part that matters most. Every new chain passes through the same authoritative server-side validation gate as the originals:

  • Kill-switch — a global admin toggle freezes all outbound transactions instantly, on every chain.
  • Per-user cooldown — a 5-second mandatory gap between transaction attempts, tracked in the database (not in-memory) so it's authoritative across isolates.
  • Replay-protected nonces — every signing request requires a single-use cryptographic nonce with a 30-second TTL. Intercepted or replayed calls are void instantly.
  • Value caps — per-recipient and per-batch maximums, calibrated per chain (e.g. 1M ETH, 1M AVAX, 10M TRX, 50M DOGE).
  • Address validation — strict per-chain regex checks (EVM 0x…, Tron T…, Doge D…) before any address reaches the RPC layer.
  • Live balance re-verification — the server re-checks your native balance against the total transfer + platform fee + network fee before the client is allowed to sign.

The client never resolves its own fee vault or fee percentage. The server returns the authoritative values, and the client builds the transaction from those.

Hardened RPC proxies

Each new chain has its own backend proxy with the full security stack — and we mean the full stack:

  • Origin enforcement — requests from unapproved origins are rejected.
  • Advanced security gate — header and payload consistency checks, body-size limits, and per-IP rate limiting with automatic escalation.
  • IP blacklisting — honeypot-trapped scrapers and anomaly-flagged bots are persistently blacklisted in the database, not just in-memory.
  • Rate-limit violation recording — every rate-limit hit is recorded. Repeated violations escalate to a permanent ban.
  • Anomaly detection — rapid-fire bursts, sweeper patterns, and gas spikes are detected and flagged in real time.
  • Automatic IP banning — banOnAnomaly writes a blacklisted IP to the database on detection, so a flagged botnet IP is blocked across all chains, all isolates, permanently.

We audited every proxy after this expansion. Tron and Dogecoin were missing the full anomaly-ban pipeline — both now have detectRpcAnomaly + banOnAnomaly wired in, matching Solana, BNB, and Robinhood exactly. Bitcoin's proxy got the same upgrade. All eight chains now have identical security.

Derivation paths

All four new chains derive from the same BIP-39 seed phrase you already use for SOL, BNB, and BTC:

| Chain | Path | |-------|-----| | Ethereum | m/44'/60'/0'/0/0 | | Avalanche | m/44'/60'/0'/0/0 (shared EVM derivation) | | Tron | m/44'/195'/0'/0/0 | | Dogecoin | m/44'/3'/0'/0/0 |

One seed, eight chains. Your existing wallet already has addresses on all of them.

What's next

The architecture we built for this expansion — dedicated proxy per chain, shared EVM log-scanner, unified validation gate, pluggable fee estimator — makes the next chain a configuration change, not a rebuild. We're not done expanding.

Connect your wallet, open the Hub, and check your balances. If you held ETH, AVAX, TRX, or DOGE on your seed phrase's derived addresses, they're already showing.

Trade responsibly. Cross-chain swaps are final once broadcast.
