Privacy Policy

SOLbin does not custody, store, or access your private keys, seed phrases, or digital assets. Your keys are generated and encrypted locally in your browser and never leave your device in plaintext. Because we never receive your private keys, we cannot recover them, reset them, or move your funds on your behalf.

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the platform:

• Account email: When you register, we store your email address to authenticate your account and, where you opt in, to send transaction receipts or service notices.
• IP addresses: Our hosting infrastructure may log IP addresses transiently for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting. These logs are not sold or used to build personal profiles.
• Analytics: We may collect aggregated, anonymized usage analytics (such as feature engagement counts) to improve the product. Where third-party analytics are used, they operate under their own privacy terms referenced below.
• On-chain data: Transaction details you broadcast are public by nature on the respective blockchains. We do not control or claim ownership of this data.

We do not collect or store your private keys, seed phrases, PINs, or wallet balances in a form accessible to us.

To function, SOLbin stores encrypted wallet material, session preferences, and your cookie consent choice in your browser’s local storage. This data remains on your device. We use only essential storage required to operate the interface. Where optional analytics or third-party services set cookies, we ask for your consent via our cookie banner on first visit, and you may withdraw consent at any time by clearing your local storage.

SOLbin connects to external, third-party service providers to deliver functionality such as price feeds, liquidity aggregation, and cross-chain swap routing (for example ChangeNOW and similar liquidity providers). These providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service. When you initiate a swap or query a price, your request (including the relevant public addresses and amounts) is transmitted to these providers as necessary to execute the action. We do not control how third-party providers handle this data and encourage you to review their respective privacy terms.

We use the limited data we collect to: authenticate your account, prevent fraud and abuse, provide and improve platform features, and respond to support requests where you contact us. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Account emails are retained for the lifetime of your account. Transient infrastructure logs (including IP addresses) are kept only as long as needed for security and abuse prevention, then deleted or anonymized. Local browser data remains until you clear it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of the European Economic Area (GDPR) and California (CCPA) have specific statutory rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support channels associated with your account. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

SOLbin is accessible worldwide. Because we process minimal data and do not transfer sensitive personal information across borders, users outside the EU and US may use the platform under the same protections described here, supplemented by any mandatory rights granted by their local law.

SOLbin is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
